Beautiful instrument with a bright, clear, and projecting sound. Labelled John Juzek Violinmaker in Prague, Made in Czechoslovakia, 1916. The back, sides, and scroll are crafted from strong figured European maple. The top is made of medium grain spruce. This superb instrument shines in solo playing, but is also suitable for chamber music and orchestral playing.

This is a late example of Messori's work inspired and accurately modeled on the magnificent work of Antonio Stradivari. The violin is in excellent condition. The color is of an orange golden varnish and the sound is very clear and strong. A good violin for a soloist who needs to shine above ensembles in medium to larger concert halls.
